From Lockdown

A collaboration in aid of mental health charity Chris's House.

Visual Identity, Campaign, Social, Posters, Motion

To raise funds for excellent mental health initiative Chris’s House, and to maintain creative drive and ambition during the national COVID-19 lockdown, I created a zine called From Lockdown.

The project took submissions from 28 creatives (myself included) and created a newspaper filled with excellent posters responding to the highs and lows of lockdown life. Responses ranged from the witty and light hearted, to the highly personal and introspective.

For my end, I designed the identity and campaign materials for the zine, as well as submitting my own poster too. I also designed, organised, and curated the zine itself.

Sales from the zine, combined with ticket and fundraising efforts from a companion event co-hosted by myself and The Design Weans (TDK Glasgow), raised £1100 for the charity.

The posters featured in the zine are available to browse on Instagram.
